The Holy Spirit is the grace giver. Grace can be obtained by recieving the sacraments, sacramentals and prayers. Sanctifying grace makes one holy and beautiful, actual grace gives you strenght to fight sins, strenghtens your will power and enlightens you. Grace is lost by mortal sin.
